GB100MWT confirmed for IMD 2013

Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society (CARS) would like to offer to be an Award Station on 20th April 2013.

We will be QRV on 40M and 80M with SSB and CW on higher frequencies to advoid local QRM.

Our Call-Sign this year will be GX0MWT. GB100MWT will NOT be used during 2013.

For over 100 years Marconi had factories in Chelmsford making Wireless equipment including all the kit involved with the RMS Baltic and RMS Titanic events.
